We do not use cookies with Our Chatbot. It is up to registered Users to determine what information their site copies or tracks and to notify and/or get approval from their customers, clients or Chatbot users. While We prompt the Chatbot user at the end of a session and ask them if they would like an email of a summary of the information they obtained in the session, We do not retain that information and will not be able to resend them that summary once the email has been sent to them, however, We do retain the Chatbot user's email address for thirty (30) days, and then it is deleted.
An IP (Internet protocol) Address is automatically assigned to the computer that someone is using by their Internet Service Provider (ISP) and is identified and logged automatically in Our server log files whenever someone visits Our Website or uses Our Services. This also allows Us to identify the time(s) of visit(s) and the page(s) of Our Website that have been visited. Our collecting IP Addresses is considered a standard practice on the Internet and is done by many third party sites.
We may also obtain information about a registered User's physical location, such as by use of a global positioning system ("GPS") and other geolocation features in Your computer, laptop, or mobile device, or from other information We collect.
